1. How quickly will I receive my order?
We usually ship within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices depend on weight and delivery method. You will see the exact price at checkout. Free shipping on purchases over 799 DKK.
3. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you as the customer.
4. How are your products manufactured?
We work with small runs, hand-picked materials and a focus on sustainability. This means that each product can have its own unique touch.
5. Do you have a physical store?
No, Blomsterbarn is an online webshop. We ship directly to your home.
6. How do I get notified about new collections?
Sign up for our newsletter in the footer, or follow us on Instagram and Pinterest.
7. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards, which are sent directly via email.
8. Why do some items sell out quickly?
We produce in small batches to avoid overproduction. If an item is sold out, it may be restocked – but not always.
