1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.blomsterbarn.dk . By ordering, you accept the terms below.

2. Order & payment

  • All prices are in DKK and include VAT.
  • Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, etc.). The amount will only be deducted when the order is shipped.
  • We reserve the right to make typos, sold out items and price changes.

3. Delivery

  • We ship with PostNord / GLS / DAO
  • Delivery time: normally 1–3 business days in Denmark, longer abroad.
  • Shipping prices are shown at checkout. Free shipping on purchases over 799 kr.
  • We strive to pack and ship all orders quickly and securely.

4. Right of withdrawal

  • You have 14 days full right of withdrawal from receipt.
  • If you wish to return the item, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.

5. Complaints

  • According to the Danish Sales Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint for manufacturing and material defects.
  • Contact us at info@blomsterbarn.com with a picture and description before returning the item.
  • The complaint does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.

6. Environment & production

Blomsterbarn produces in small batches and with a focus on sustainability. Minor variations in materials and colors may occur and are part of the product's unique expression.

8. Applicable law and venue

Any dispute will be settled according to Danish law at the Copenhagen City Court.
