At Blomsterbarn we strive to ship your goods quickly, safely and greenly.

Delivery time

• Denmark: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
• International: delivery time varies depending on destination (typically 3–7 business days).
• You always receive a track & trace when your order is on its way.

Shipping prices

• Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Free shipping in Denmark for purchases over 799 dkk .
• For purchases below this amount, the price will be clearly displayed before you pay.

Delivery partners

We send your packages with PostNord / GLS / Dao .
You can choose delivery to a parcel shop or home delivery.

Returns and exchanges

• You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless there is a complaint.
• The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.
• Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

As we produce in small quantities, some items may have a longer delivery time if they are out of stock. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible.
